LEARNING ORDER

Educational programs are implemented on an individual basis or as groups are filled.

Students fill in a bilateral contract (if the student pays for the training) or a tripartite contract (if the student is paid for by the Customer - the sending organization).

To register, a student must have:

1. Sending or application for training addressed to the director of the state institution "Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Otorhinolaryngology" (original);
2. Contractual advanced training original.
3. A document confirming the payment of tuition for an educational program for advanced training or a letter of guarantee;
4. Document on education, its copy;
5. Copy of the passport;
6. Travel certificate (if necessary).
7. Translation of a passport and educational document into English, certified by a notary.

A state-recognised advanced training certificate is issued at the end of the training period upon submission of a full package of documents.
